Will I feel comfortable if I come alone?
Yes, in fact many guests come alone to the Retreat and it's a great opportunity to take some time out for you.
How many people does the retreat accommodate?
Seascape is a boutique health retreat that accommodates a maximum of 6 individuals per program.
What age groups are catered for?
The program is recommended for people aged 18 to 65.
Who should come?
Is the retreat exclusively for people on the program?
Yes the retreat only operates for people on the program. Unlike corporate weight loss retreats run at resorts, where facilities are shared with other holiday makers, the retreat exclusively accommodates people on the program. The program is fully facilitated and specifically designed to provide both motivation and support.
Do I get my own room?
Yes, all of the rooms are private with queen sized beds, flat screen TV, heater and fan. There is one twin share room for clients who book and come together
Do I need to pay for therapies?
Daily therapies are included in the cost of your program. The therapies are an important part of the program and they have been specifically designed to help increase your metabolism, circulation and lymphatic drainage making it easier to lose weight both at the retreat and once you return home. Additional therapies are available at cost if desired.
Do I need to book treatments and therapies?
No all the treatments and therapies are booked for you; you just need to turn up.
What if I have specific dietary needs?
Please advise specific dietary needs at the time of booking.
Do I have to do the weight loss program?
No, a cleansing regime can be achieved by introducing foods that are easy and clean for the body to digest; you do not need to follow the weight loss program unless desired.
I'm coming from interstate what if I can't get to the retreat on time?
If you are coming from interstate or just having trouble arriving in Melbourne early enough on Monday morning accommodation at the retreat is available (at no extra charge) Sunday evening.
What should I bring?
Whether during the day or at night you will always feel comfortable in casual wear. We recommend that you bring 2 pairs of runners/walking shoes (good tread), 2 pairs of bathers along with appropriate attire for activities. Clothing should be practical, functional and comfortable. A rain jacket is also advisable ( all year round) in the event of inclement weather.
Do I have to do all the fitness activities?
All the activities are optional however it highly recommended that all activities are undertaken to promote both the cleanse and weight loss (if desired).
What do I need to bring on the Golf Retreat?
Neat golf attire is required, collared shirt, tailored trousers/shorts and soft spiked golf shoes or trainers. We suggest that carry bags are used for best program results however pull buggies are supplied. If you are unable to bring your own clubs, hire clubs are available for rent at all courses.
Do I need to be able to play Golf?
The Golf Retreat is not for novices you need to be able to play a round of golf. Basic skills and knowledge of golf etiquette are required.
Can I leave the retreat during my stay?
To ensure the full benefits and results from our Program, we request that participants do not leave the retreat during their stay.
