The diet is structured each day, the first day begins with a fruit fast and day two introduces set meals designed to provide optimal health benefits. The results are amazing you will look and feel years younger.

The 5 Day Cleanse and Rejuvenate program runs from 9.00am Monday morning to Friday lunchtime.

Things to bring

2 pairs of bathers, casual workout clothing, T/shirts, track suits, 2 pairs of joggers and sandals/thongs. All toiletries, sunscreen, beach towel, hat, backpack and wind-jacket, body brush, exercise book and pen.

Things to leave at home

Cigarettes, alcohol, drugs (unless necessary) chewing gum & peppermints, cosmetics, hair spray, nail varnish & remover, pain killers, steroids, headache tablets or capsules; and a negative attitude. Please feel free to continue taking any vitimans/natural supplements you might ordinarily take.
